Representing a visionary effort to create an inclusive, forward-thinking educational institution, Lismore College takes pride of place in OHMG Construction’s portfolio.

Replacing one of Northern Ireland’s largest schools amid ongoing operation of the old college, it also proved a complex project for the main contractor.  

  The challenge was met, however, with OHMG successfully delivering a new £31m post-primary comprehensive school spanning 15,800sqm with capacity for 1,200 pupils.

JP Corry’s specialised rainwater department were proud to supply the entire package of aluminium rainwater goods to main contractor O’Hare & McGovern on this huge project.

All manufactured by Guttercrest and installed by Guttertec,  JP Corry supplied 500 metres of a specially made 225x150mm box gutter, 75 metres of which were made to a radius for a curved section of the school.

As well as the gutters, 400 metres of 150mm round downpipes, 1200 metres of fascia, 60 metres of coping, 1700no arrowhead soffit panels and various other aluminium flashings were supplied all polyester powder coated to RAL 7021.
