Frys Meadow will boast a luxurious collection of 2-bed apartments, and 3-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes each finished to the same high-quality standard throughout.

JP Corry used our MOTO service which provided for 5 separate House types for the build. This provided a detailed breakdown of all materials required for each house type. This was available for the foreman to use when placing orders for materials and also planning ahead. Using these along with our knowledge of suppliers and the current market/lead times on materials, our sales team were then able to help them source the materials needed on time to avoid site delays.
The accurate quantities on the MOTO allowed for more precise ordering, preventing wasting and secondary deliveries to “top up “on missing items- a hidden carbon reduction benefit to the MOTO.
