10-29 Duke of York Square is the location for the Cadogan group offices, which recently underwent a refurbishment to transform the building into executive office space.

We were the suppliers of bespoke doorsets built for fire resistance of between FD30 and FD60. Doors were a mixture of glazed doors and panel doors, with intricate glazing detail and bespoke mouldings.

Initially, our design team were involved in an advisory position, recommending the best bespoke solution to achieve the required fire rating, whilst still achieving the stunning visual effect of the glazed doors.

Our team then carried out site surveys for the bespoke doors and frames and subsequently provided CAD drawings to enable production to commence.

The design solution centred around mirroring the same design principle on both the panelled doors and glazed doors. It was through our experience, we were able to design a bespoke glazing bead detail, which followed the same profile as the feature mould on the panel doors.
